Data processed: (Email addresses, Name and any other information given by the individual when emailing us)
Reason for being processed: Email systems are used to send and receive emails to individuals that have shown an interest to our services by filling out a relevant website contact form, contacted us through other channels such as telephone or social media prior to the personal data being used or our email system is used to email active customers for needs of a project on a contractual basis. Google mail is not used for any email marketing to email addresses. RNGTech do not hold any responsibility for the free and willing passing of personal information from external sources into the business but promise to not externally share any of these personal details unless prior written or verbal consent has been provided.

Our Data Retension Policy

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA IN RELATIONS TO A PROJECT
We will retain any data we hold about you while you are actively using our services, until the point that you request removal or after a period of 5 years from the last project, monthly services or licenses order have stopped. This is processed inline with financial records and accounting records required.

Any user accounts, data records or inactivity for users that are not associated with any projects, monthly services or licenses will be removed after 1 year of inactivity.

How We use Your Information

We use third parties for internal analysis, customer service and where marketing communication consent has been given, to tailor marketing materials to our customers’ interests. You can find out more about marketing communications in the next section.

Your data from a contact form that has been filled out on our website, is held securely with our hosting provider on a Linux server. This information will be used to contact you as requested by yourself for interests of our services. Dependant on the choice of form of contact in which you wish to receive your data will then be transferred to our third party platforms as mentioned in the Data Processors For This Website section.

Any data held by third parties can’t be accessed by anyone outside of the company or the third party themselves. Third party platforms are password protected and can only be accessed by internal staff that require this information or the third party in question. These companies have been audited by ourselves for GDPR compliance.
